Tatar is one of the most versatile dishes that can be prepared from raw meat. The seasoning options alone range from hearty and down-to-earth to delicate and Asian. There are also different schools of thought when it comes to chopping up the traditionally lean beef, although the easiest way is to use a meat grinder.
