14 DAYS FREE RETURN

Would you like to return an item? No problem. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order. Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used cutting boards.

THAT'S HOW IT'S DONE

• Send us a message using our contact form .
• We will send you a shipping label free of charge by email.
• Pack the goods.
• Print out the shipping label, use it to stamp the package and take it to the appropriate shipping service provider (for us this is usually DHL).
• After receipt and inspection of the goods, you will receive your money back using the original payment method. It can take up to 14 days for the credit to be processed and refunded to your account. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
